Eligibility
Each summer, the American Diabetes Association’s Camp Sugar Falls provides children with diabetes in the Middle TN area a special place to play, laugh, share and learn about diabetes management.
Camp Sugar Falls is a day-camp experience for children ages 6-12 who have been diagnosed with Type 1 or Type 2 diabetes. The camp offers an exciting week of recreational and educational activities that focus on nutrition, lifestyle habits, self-esteem, and team building.
Camp Sugar Falls takes place at the YMCA’s Camp Widjiwagan in Antioch, TN, which is located on 320 acres of land with 4 miles of shore line on J. Percy Priest Lake.
Parents can be confident in knowing that our top notch medical team will be overseeing your child’s medical needs. Since Camp Sugar Falls first began 28 years ago, our main priority has been your child’s health and well being.
Children attend camp from 8:00am to 4:00pm. For your convenience, the YMCA will offer several locations for bus pick-up and return; a list of the locations will be included in the camp application.

Application and Cost Information

Online Registration
Step 1: Complete the online application.
•Pay the non-refundable deposit or total Camp fee online, if you choose.
•Download and print the Supplemental Camp Application Form(s) before leaving the site.
•Mail your completed and signed Supplemental Camp Application Forms via U.S. Postal Mail to the local American Diabetes Association office.
•Include a check or money order for the non-refundable deposit or total Camp fee with the Supplemental Camp Application Forms if you did not pay it online.
•For technical support, contact your local American Diabetes Association.

Camper Ages: 6 - 12 years
Non- Refundable Deposit: $25
Returning Camp Fee: $60
Total Fee (including non-refundable deposit): $85
