Rehabilitation Services

Pediatric Rehabilitation Services include occupational therapy, physical therapy, and speech therapy. Each area has one goal: helping your child reach their full potential.

Children’s Hospital’s Rehabilitation team provides a wide variety of therapy services in different locations, including One Hundred Oaks, Children’s Hospital, and the Susan Grey School at Vanderbilt’s Peabody Campus.

We provide skilled assessment, consultation, and treatment for children ages birth to 18. We work with diagnoses ranging from chronic neuromuscular conditions to orthopedic injuries. We identify your child's immediate need and create a personalized plan of care.

Our Family-Centered Service delivery philosophy and approach values the roles of the family and child in the collaboration and development of goals and therapy plan. Family-centered care directs therapy toward realistic family and child priorities and goals. It fosters wellness and participation across your child’s life span, including the transition to adulthood.

The kid-friendly pediatric rehabilitation gym at Vanderbilt Health One Hundred Oaks allows children to be themselves while working on activities to meet their goals in therapy.
