The 36-bed PCCU provides specialized care for critically ill children. The PCCU is made up of the PICU (Pediatric Intensive Care Unit) and the PCICU (Pediatric Cardiac Intensive Care Unit).
Extracorporeal Membrane Oxygenation (ECMO)
ECMO is a method of long-term lung and/or heart support in babies, children and teens with severe lung and/or heat failure. We have been providing ECMO services to children for more than 20 years.
Our doctors and advanced practice nurses provide sedation services to children of all ages. The team helps relieve pain and anxiety in the child and increases the likelihood of successful procedures.
