Parking
The South Garage, attached to Children's Hospital and Doctors' Office Tower, has free parking for parents, patients, and visitors.

If you park in the South Garage, enter the hospital via the connecting bridge on the second floor of the parking garage.

Free valet parking is available Monday through Friday, 5 a.m. to 8 p.m., at the main entrance under the wave awning. For long term parking options, check with the Parking Facilities Office at (615) 936-1215.

Visit the help desks near the entry doors on the first and second floor for directions.

Shuttles
Free shuttles are available to transport patients and visitors. Shuttles run regularly from 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. To catch a shuttle, simply go to the patient drop-off area outside of Medical Center East or to the front entrance to Children’s Hospital.

The Hospitality shuttle route service is provided as a courtesy for families and friends of patients with extended stays. This service provides transportation for the Ronald McDonald House. On-call service is also available for Ronald McDonald House, Hospitality House, Holiday Inn, Marriott, and Loews. Please call (615) 936-1215 for information.
