Lee Blair, RN, CEN, EMT-P, IC
Program Manager

Lee Blair, R.N., CEN, EMT-PLee Blair joined our team in September of 2007, but he is no stranger to the community. Lee came to us from Vanderbilt LifeFlight where he served for five years as a flight nurse. Prior to Lee’s Vanderbilt career he served as a field paramedic, charge nurse, and director of a special pre-hospital rescue team. Lee’s expertise in pre-hospital and Emergency Department care made him an excellent choice to lead our CRPC Outreach Program.



Jennifer Dindo, RN, CPEN
CRPC Coordinator

Jennifer DindoJennifer is native to the Nashville area. In 2008 she joined Children's Hospital at Vanderbilt's Pediatric Emergency Department staff as a care partner. Upon completion of nursing school, she was accepted into the Pediatric Nurse Residency Program, and afterwards returned to the Pediatric Emergency Department as an RN. Since then, Jennifer has advanced to become a Charge Nurse and a member of the Specialized Trauma and Critical Care team. Most recently, she moved into a leadership position as a Clinical Staff Leader. She joined the CRPC Outreach team as Coordinator in November 2015.


Lacey Noffsinger, RN, BSN, CPN, CPEN
CRPC Education Specialist and Pediatric Emergency Dept. Nurse at Vanderbilt

NoffsingerLacey comes to us from Texas, where she began as a pediatric nurse in 1999, moving into pediatric emergency nursing in 2002. In Tennessee, Lacey served as an educator at LeBonheur Children's Hospital in Memphis before joining the team in Nashville at Children's Hospital at Vanderbilt in 2009. Lacey currently works for both the Emergency Department and the CRPC Outreach Team to educate hospital and EMS staffs on how to care for critically ill and injured children. In addition, she teaches PEARS, PALS, and ENPC.

 


Mary Lee Lemley, MSN, RN-NIC

Neonatal Outreach Program Manager

LemleyMary Lee is a third generation nurse with an MSN in Nursing Education and Management who has been at Vanderbilt more than 15 years. During her career Mary Lee has worked in Maternal Child and Neonatal nursing as a staff nurse, charge nurse, educator, clinical instructor and simulation specialist. She also led the work to develop a mobile Neonatal and OB simulation lab, which increases the skill sets of clinical team members through simulated experiences, didactic training, and real time feedback. In the last four years, the mobile simulation lab has provided educational opportunities to over 16,000 healthcare team members in 15 states and nine international locations.


Katie S. Judd, RN, BSN, CCRN-Neonatal

Neonatal Outreach Coordinator

JuddKatie joined our team in July 2016 from the NICU at Monroe Carell Jr. Children's Hospital at Vanderbilt, where she served as a charge nurse since 2003. Born in Seattle to a military family, she has travelled extensively and spent much of her childhood overseas. A nurse since 2000, she is a certified instructor for STABLE and NRP. Katie looks forward to sharing her knowledge and experience with community providers in her new role as an educator.


Kristin J. Holt

Program Coordinator

Kristi has been with the CRPC Outreach Program since 2006. She handles behind-the-scenes details for the Outreach team's work, including education credit applications and submissions, flyer creation, scheduling, website update, travel arrangements, procurement, and anything else the team requires.
