Developing an NRP Program at Your Hospital

The AAP encourages hospitals to develop a program in order to implement the Neonatal Resuscitation Program in every hospital with obstetrical and/or neonatal services.

Contact Mary Lee Lemley if you need help designing your NRP program we would love to help.  We can discuss the use of low fidelity versus high fidelity simulators, creation of scenarios, aspects of debriefing, and benefits of video taping of sessions.
