The annual pediatric asthma conference provides education to clinicians who care for children with asthma. The use of evidence-based asthma guidelines has been shown to improve care, reduce disparities, and decrease health care expenditures for asthma.

Cost and Registration
Registration is $65, this will include all handouts, continental breakfast, and box lunch.
Late registration is $75 starting on April 29.
Len Becharier, M.D., Professor of Pediatrics, Clinical Director of the Division of Allergy, Immunology, and Pulmonary Medicine at Washington University School of Medicine, St. Louis Children’s Hospital. He is co-principal investigator for the NHBLI’s AsthmaNet, is an investigator in the Childhood Asthma Research and Education (CARE) Network, and co-investigator in the Childhood Asthma Management Program (CAMP).
Christian Rosas-Salazar, M.D., Assistant Professor of Pediatrics, Division of Allergy, Immunology, and Pulmonary Medicine at Vanderbilt University School of Medicine, Monroe Carell Jr.Children’s Hospital at Vanderbilt. Dr. Rosas-Salazar’s clinical interest is severe asthma. In addition he has published articles on asthma literacy and asthma numeracy and will present data that will be useful to all who educate patients and families about asthma.
