Clinical Services

Primary Care Clinics

What sets Children's Hospital's General Pediatric Services apart? Here are the top things you should know.

Jo's Reach Out and Read Book Club provides free books in the Children's Hospital Primary Care Clinic at well-child checks from six months to five years.

Pediatric Weight Management Consult Clinic

(615) 936-LEAN or 936-5326

Many factors may contribute to obesity in children, including genetics, diet, environment, and even emotional factors. True hormonal or genetic causes are rare, however. The Vanderbilt Pediatric Weight Management Consult Clinic provides evaluation and management of children and their families with a focus on making healthy changes in diet and activity for the whole family.

Early Childhood Anger Management Clinic

(615) 936-3050

Our clinic has a proven record of helping families improve the behavior of children under the age of seven who have aggression or anger management problems.

International Adoption Clinic

(615) 936-6800

The International Adoption Clinic helps you navigate the often complex process of adopting foreign-born children. Pre-adoption services include counseling, medical record reviews, travel information and vaccines. Post-adoption services include planning for health needs, post-adoption exams and resources for your primary care doctor.

Play Nicely

Play Nicely is an interactive program teaching parents, health care professionals, counselors, child care worker,s and teachers the basics in aggression management for children ages one to seven.

Spanish-Language Clinic

Tennessee's Spanish-speaking population has increased, and will likely continue to do so. We created a comprehensive family center program in 2006 that addresses language, culture, and health care needs for Latinos.

Consultation Clinic

Primary care physician referral required

Parents, doctors or other health care providers needing assistance with diagnosis, treatment, or a second opinion may refer a patient to our Consultation Clinic.
